About Lindsey

Lindsey is an artist and photographer living between Santa Fe, New Mexico and Greece working in installation, photography, and sculpture. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including presentations at Art Athina and on Hydra Island with Wilhelmina’s Art Gallery, and her Earth Auras are held in prominent collections around the world, including that of an ARTnews Top 200 Collector. She is known for creating site-responsive pop-up installations within historic and storied environments, including Bishop Lamy Chapel and La Sala Dance Hall in Galisteo, New Mexico. In 2023, she debuted her first solo museum exhibition at the Museum of the Southwest.

Working through a photographic process that often reads as painterly, Lindsey creates luminous compositions that blur the boundary between photography and abstraction. Archeology and geology are significant to her practice, and her work often includes heavy research into ancient materials, symbols, and philosophies, even joining archeology digs on-site for inspiration.

In essence, her work captures the harmony and essence of place with a refined eye for organic qualities that evoke a sense of connection to the cycles and beauty of nature and time.
